Apex Activities was founded by Andrew Draper and James Swain in 2025 to build a space for all children to grow, learn and create with each passing day. Through a unique approach and truly passionate staff, we help children develop mentally, physically and personally to the highest level.
We invite you to explore our site and discover the activities and community Apex Activity Camp provides to each and every child. Get in touch with us today to learn more about our camp, or ask any other questions.

Andrew brings 15 years of teaching experience and James 13. Andrew was a talented 800m runner and cross-country athlete who represented his city, county, and area with pride. He was ranked 13th nationally in the 800m event and finished 14th in the national cross country championship. His impressive performances earned him a spot in the Olympic development squad, with hopes of competing in the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. Unfortunately, a devastating injury halted his Olympic dreams, but his dedication and passion for running continued to inspire others in the sport. James is a dedicated and passionate individual who has found success both on and off the rugby field. As a former player for Worcester rugby club, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the sport. He now serves as the director of sport at Bowbrook House School, where he oversees and manages all aspects of the school's athletic programs. James is known for his strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire and motivate his students and athletes to reach their full potential. His background in rugby has undoubtedly shaped his approach to sports education and training, making him a respected figure in the school community.
